Sam Herszberg
Executive Director & Co-Founder
Sam has 22 years experience as a real estate agent, is a
qualified auctioneer and property manager. In 1995 he established
the first Wilson Pride Real Estate franchise office, in
inner-suburban Melbourne. His experience in dealing with
rental-property owners became the basis for the early development
of the RUN strategy. Sam is a director of Bendigo Bank Caulfield
Park branch. He is a property investor and developer in Melbourne.
For Victorian licensing purposes, Sam is the Officer in Effective
Control of RUN Property Pty Ltd in Victoria.
