Step 2 - Your homework
Where we achieve the best results with clients, is where we come
together and work as a team. This step is important and will
involve you participating in the process. We promise - not too much
homework, but it is important.
Step 3 - Review and Strategy Recommendation
This is where we sharpen the focus. This meeting involves your
finance strategy, your property strategy along with certain cash
flow and risk strategies.
Step 4 - The Action Plan
Often, Step 3 and Step 4 happen together. This is where we
identify with you a selection of properties, that based on your
overall goal and strategy, support your intention of building a
portfolio of investment properties. From this point, we select the
most appropriate property and move through the buying process.
Step 5 - The Exchange
Here you review and sign the property contract. We co-ordinate
your full or pre-approval on finance. We pay the deposit. This is a
great spot to stop, and celebrate!
Step 6 - The Settlement
Congratulations - here are the keys to your new investment! At
this point, your loan is finalised, contracts are settled and your
ownership is complete. However - for your investment to be
effective, there is ONE FINAL STEP...
Step 7 - Ongoing Property Management
