Step 4 - The Action Plan
Often, Step 3 and Step 4 happen together. This is where we
identify with you a selection of properties, that based on your
overall goal and strategy, support your intention of building a
portfolio of investment properties. From this point, we select the
most appropriate property and move through the buying process.
Step 5 - The Exchange
Here you review and sign the property contract, arrange finance
and pay the deposit. This is a great spot to stop, and
celebrate!
Step 6 - The Settlement
Congratulations - here are the keys to your new investment! At
this point, your loan is finalised, contracts are settled and your
ownership is complete. However - for your investment to be
effective, there is ONE FINAL STEP...
